If you are Gourmand just like me, keep reading because you will be blown with this burger and it will become your go-to recipe you must have when making burgers. When it comes to the burger I am never going for simplicity, yes, the meat is playing a very important role but for the best taste, I find it that flavors need to be added to bring the best out of the meat.If you are looking only beef, salt, and pepper burger, this is not the recipe for you! But if you want an explosion of flavors in your mouth bear with me…yes… this burger is on another level!
For some reason I made more than enough and one burger survive till the other day..and the taste did not disappoint even the next day, that’s how good this is!
Instructions
- In a big bowl add all the ingredients except the Gouda and mix well with your hands. Putt the meat in the fridge to set and flavors to fold for at least one hour or overnight.
- Now the fun part, making the burgers. Before you start to form the burgers divide the meat into six equal balls, so the burgers have the same size, and there won`t be fights for the biggest piece. You know what I mean.
- Now every ball cut it in half and form burgers for about 1 cm thick. Add in mozzarella on the middle and cover it with the other half of the ball.
- When finished, grill them on a grill pan, i did that this time, of course, you can barbecue the burgers, until the desired doneness. Tuck them into a warm bun, with your favorite toppings and Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
- When preparing the meat, I am adding 1/3 part beef meat and 2/3 part pork.
- The burgers are tasty even the next day if you manage to save some, which I doubt it.
