  • 2large eggs

  1. Put the butter in a saucepan on medium, and melt it.When the butter is melted, it will start to foam, and change color into a darker shade.Observe and use stainless steel or light saucepan; you will notice the changing color easily. As getting slightly darker, the butter will start to form bits. Immediately pour it into a heatproof bowl. Let it cool a little.
  2. In a big bowl beat on high speed the butter with the sugar, about 3 minutes, then add the vanilla, the eggs and beat for another 2-3 minutes until creamy and all the sugar is melted.
  3. Add the flour previously mixed with the salt and the soda.Mix with a wooden spoon to combine. Then add the walnuts, chopped chocolate, and outs. Mix well.
  4. Line your baking pans with a parchment paper.Scoop using a spoon onto the baking pans, space the cookies about 5 cm as they will spread while baking.
  5. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 170 °C or 338°F for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool completely before storing in air-tight container.
Recipe Notes
