Ingredients
  • 115grams melted butter
  • 1tablespoon coconut oilor any other light oil
  • 230grams sugar
  • 3medium eggs
  • 1teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 70grams flour
  • 70grams dark cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. So this is a straightforward recipe you just need one big bowl. Preheat oven to 175°C or 347°F and line 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper. Beat the butter with the sugar with using a hand mixer about one minute to combine.Add the eggs and mix the eggs at highest speed for another 2 minutes, the mixture will lighten in color.
  2. Next add in the vanilla, the flour, cocoa and the salt and fold the batter slowly with a spatula just to combine.
  3. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25 minutes if you want to achieve the fudginess and the texture of my brownies. Let them cool before cutting. Enjoy!
