These pancakes are the only breakfast you will need to boost your energy and kick-start your day! They are so fluffy and moist and sweet on their own, with no extra sugar added.
Another best thing about this pancakes is that you make them in your food processor or as I do in my Nutribullet, blend all together and you are done!
Instructions
- Put all your ingredients in your food processor (If you don`t have food processor, using a fork will do the job)
- Blend it all together to combine.
- Let the batter to sit for about 5 minutes to thicken. If the batter becomes too thick just pour a little bit of milk to loosen up.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour the batter onto the griddle, You decide the best size for your pancakes. Brown on both sides and serve them warm.
- I love this pancakes with a drizzle of my homemade Nutella and fresh blueberries on top. Enjoy!
