It’s been a long time since I made stuffed mushrooms and the easiest way to do it is with Pesto sauce. So I happen to have both in my fridge and made them as an appetizer when unexpected guests showed.Fancy, decorating little bites that are juicy and tasty can save you when you don’t have the time for something else to team up with the wine.

Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms with a paper towel, remove the stems.Fill the mushrooms with a pesto sauce, and place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
- Top the mushrooms with the greated cheese or parmesan. Sprinke salt and pepper .
- Bake the mushrooms caps on preheated oven on 190°C or 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve them warm. Enjoy!
